Mitch Rapoport is a life-long resident of Woodstock, since his parents had a summer in the nearby Woodstock hamlet of Lake Hill. In his teens, they moved to Woodstock full-time and purchased a local motel that also expanded into a small, then larger popular restaurant. During his entire life, Mitch struggled with what we now call Attention Deficit Disorder. His situation allowed him to hold many professions successfully; opera singer, actor, mechanic, chef, inventor, musician, nuclear engineer, record distributor, real estate broker, writer, publisher, and more. He squeezed it all into his 71 years and has recently published a fun book of interesting single sitting short stories and is hard at work on his next book about children surviving and thriving with ADD/ADHD.
