David Laks is a creative person, who has been drawn to sound and visual modalities since his youth, growing up in Brooklyn, NY. Presently David, is a musician and videographer building a multimedia creative arts center in Saugerties, NY that he describe as: A collaborative, state-of-the art, media, education, and performance center, offering creatives an opportunity to rehearse, perform, record and archive the visual and audio, components of original works in a deeply focused and supportive environment, free of distractions and competing activities.

David attended to the High School of Performance of Art and later earned degrees in Music Therapy, Music Education, and Media Design and Technology at SUNY New Paltz, NY Medical College, and Full Sail University.
